- Description: We have been having some leaking below the freezer and then recently, and also significant ice build up in the freezer. I have removed all the ice but it built up again. So have done it a 2nd time and not sure if that will fix it. But there has been a noise coming from the machine that stops when we open the door which is a recent development.

- Description: Buenas..tarde..ya uatedes binieron..supongo que tienen el diagnostico...pensamos que samsung vendria pero ellos afirman que el compresor esta bueno..el tecnico de besbay dijo que era el abanico..se le cambio pero no hace nada..la luz de la targeta parpadea 4 veces...lo que significa que es una falla y por lo tanto no arranca.
